Announcing the “L&D Impact Award” Recognizing and Celebrating the Achievements of Highly Effective L&D Teams Has your learning and development team designed, developed and implemented an L&D initiative that made a measurable, lasting difference to its employees and organization? Do you have a story to tell – one that you’re proud of and worth sharing to the L&D community? If so, the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of ATD would like to invite you to submit an application for our chapter’s highest recognition for L&D departments: the L&D Impact Award.
